Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing the AmrTlwr.in source code. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding terms.

1. License Grant & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, Amar Talwar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, modify, and deploy the AmrTlwr.in source code.

  • Permitted Use: You may use this code to run your own Instagram automation business, deploy it on your personal servers, and use it to manage automation for your own clients.
  • Ownership: Amar Talwar retains all original intellectual property rights to the core architecture and codebase.

2. Strict Anti-Piracy & Anti-Distribution Policy

Protecting the integrity of this software is our top priority. By purchasing this code, you explicitly agree to the following restrictions:

  • No Resale: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, or commercially distributing the source code, whether modified or in its original state.
  • No Leaking or Sharing: You may not upload the code to public repositories (e.g., public GitHub), share your secure download link, or leak the files on forums or group chats.
  • Enforcement: Any user found leaking, distributing, or reselling the source code will have their license instantly revoked without notice, and we reserve the right to pursue legal damages and DMCA takedowns against the infringing parties.

3. "Done-For-You" Expert Setup Service

If you purchase the Expert Setup Package:

  • The service covers the one-time installation and deployment of the Node.js backend, MongoDB, Redis, and Meta API webhooks on your provided infrastructure.
  • Third-Party Costs: You are solely responsible for providing and paying for any third-party server costs, domain names, or cloud accounts (e.g., DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, MongoDB Atlas) required to host the bot.
  • Communication for the setup will be conducted exclusively via WhatsApp.

4. Limitation of Liability

The AmrTlwr.in engine interacts with the Meta/Instagram Graph API.

  • You acknowledge that Meta frequently updates its algorithms, rate limits, and platform rules.
  • Amar Talwar is not responsible for any Instagram account bans, shadow-bans, API restrictions, or loss of business resulting from the use of this software. You deploy and utilize this automation software entirely at your own risk.
  • We provide the code "as-is" and do not guarantee lifetime compatibility with future Meta API updates without your own developer intervention.
